Base Contract schedule was very aggressive, with tooling being installed while demo activities were taking place. This schedule was in the bid documents and we agreed to it.

The central area being demolished was isolated within the plant and since the equipment installers started installing from the sides, this restricted the access to get scrap out of the building. This created a bottleneck which affected schedule.
The issue was then compounded by the demo sub falling behind.
