STATEMENT OF PROBLEM Shared construction space between facility contractor and press installation contractor. Safety concerns; schedule delay. COURSE OF ACTION None LESSON LEARNED Better understanding of what was coming in and when. CCC worked very well with IICC in coordinating the space.
