| Project Phase- Design Delivery Method- General Contract-Prime There was a T&M allowance for floor patching. A week before job start, Owner notified CCC we would be doing the patching. Floor patching material wasn''t approved until a few days prior to the start of shutdown. The material wasn''t going to be delivered in time so we had to investigate other resources to procure the material in order to maintain schedule. Also floor was very dirty and was hard to assess the conditions in some areas. |
