| STATEMENT OF PROBLEM Due to the Paint Shop construction, the previously available laydown space for press parts was eliminated. This was discovered after project award. Required additional design effort and a field order to provide additional pavement for laydown space. COURSE OF ACTION None LESSON LEARNED Evaluate the current and future conditions of the site to ensure that the truck routes and laydown space is/and will be available. |
