| Project Phase: Design Delivery Method: General contract-Prime Bus shut downs were not part of the master schedule. This caused a lot of heart ache with the plant as bus plug shutdowns affected other contractor''''s work. The owner did not want bus shutdowns within the master schedule due to anticipated changing dates. Also nobody (including Owner) knew the actual layout of the buses within the building. |
