| Project Phase:- Construction/Installation Delivery Method- General Contract-Prime A significant amount of lock out tag out (LOTO) was required early in the project. The effort to complete this took longer than anticipated affecting schedule. Lack of knowledge from Safety and Supervision of the LOTO process further contributed to the issue. We also did not have enough locks at the beginning of the project. |
