| Project Plan: Construction Delivery Method: EPC (Engineer Procure Construct) The weight of the HVAC units and LEF-1 central exhaust unit increased dramatically from 30% design level to IFC. Ultimately some additional steel reinforcing was required for supporting LEF-1 fans. This added cost to the project. |
