| STATEMENT OF PROBLEM: This project included masonry and concrete work. Masonry was carried but concrete work was missed. A new concrete ramp and stairs needed to be installed along with multiple floor drains that needed to be poured. COURSE OF ACTION: CCC self performed this work and took care of all concrete work associated with the project. LESSON FOR FUTURE PROJECTS: Have a civil/concrete estimator review quote before submitting. This work was shown on multiple pages. Mech/Elec drawings need to be reviewed for any concrete/architectural work required associated with it. |
