STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

When have multiple different projects at the same facility. With different  delivery methods. Consider using a separate vendors  and / or subcontractors to avoid confusion with invoices and scope of work.

COURSE OF ACTION

The CCC team at factory zero has a few different projects using different delivery methods. Body Shop, GA, Traditional lump sum, IPD and T&M. The GA and body team used different dumpster rental companies to avoid confusion. 

LESSON FOR FUTURE PROJECTS

When running different projects on the same site. It may make sense to have different dumpsters, fuel tanks / gas tanks,  lay down, equipment yards, tool cribs and etc.  to avoid confusion amongst the trades.
