8570 GM Detroit Factory Zero Phase 3

STATEMENT OF PROBLEM

CCC has been onsite at GM Factory Zero / DHAM for over 4 years. It was discovered that some of the contacts on the observation board and PTP's were no longer relevant. 

ROOT CAUSE

N/A

COURSE OF ACTION

The CCC safety team performed an audit of active projects at GM's factory zero. Updated PTP's , observation board, contact list with the current and proper information, updated first aid kit and AED kit. 

LESSON FOR FUTURE PROJECTS

Perform annual safety audit of all paperwork, equipment, observation boards, contact list, rally points, first aid kits and AED's.
