| STATEMENT OF PROBLEM Having and onsite Engineering Representative may deem cost effective for projects of substantial size and duration. This Rep should be able to make PM decisions from and engineering standpoint and be fluid with model integration, review and document control changes. For project requiring 3D model integration with many field changes, a Rep with Model experience and better QC Practice would have help control variations from Model/2D drawing and "As Built Conditions".
