There were several times that our demolition subcontractor had large pieces of mezzanines, etc. that could have been loaded onto low boys instead of the scrap containers. Low boys were not provided at times so the demolition contractor had to cut the large pieces into smaller chunks and load them into scrap containers. There were several times that the scrap containers were full which created downtime for the demo contractor''s equipment that''s sole job was to load out the scrap into the containers

The larger chunks of cutup machinery sat on the floor for shifts until it could be cut smaller, which impacted overall work.
