| STATEMENT OF PROBLEM Cracking occurred in grout under the pump pads. Other actions could have been taken to eliminate any responsibility/cost for CCC in the solution of this problem. COURSE OF ACTION None LESSON LEARNED Although small in volume, pre-pour plan and grout checklists should have been arranged spelling out the material and method of install. BASF rep should have been called in to attend pre-pour and also onsite during the installation methods. These two items would have helped eliminate CCC from any additional cost in the fix of this issue. |
