STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
Resteel placement and concrete forming that resulted in cracked concrete within warranty coverage. X-Ray of foundations indicated that the resteel spacing and coverage did not meet original design. Upon excavation we discovered that in several locations the wall was not centered on the spread footing requiring additional repairs.

COURSE OF ACTION
Peeled back stone and excavated around foundations. Sand blasted existing foundations. Drill and epoxy horizontal and vertical dowels into existing foundation. Extended footing as required. Formed new walls. Placed and finished additional concrete walls.

LESSON LEARNED
How was the spread footing formed? How were the resteel dowels installed on the radius? How was the wall framework installed? Think about how to work safely and efficiently within tolerances.
